1. Rocky Knoble appeals from a judgment and an amended judgment convicting him of attempting to elude a traffic officer. He claims the trial court erred by excluding a traffic citation from evidence and by modifying his sentence from straight jail time to jail time as a condition of probation. We conclude that the evidentiary decision was within the trial courts range of discretion and that Knoble waived any objection to the modified sentence. Accordingly, we affirm.
