This is an appeal from part of a judgment of conviction of the county court of Waukesha county dated July 24, 1967. The jury found the defendant guilty of false imprisonment (sec. 940.30, Stats.), injury by conduct regardless of life (sec. 940.23), and armed robbery (sec. 943.32 (1)). The defendant was also found guilty of two misdemeanors for physical damage to property contrary to sec. 943.01 (1). The appeal on the two misdemeanors was not timely brought in the circuit court, as required by sec. 958.075, and those appeals were dismissed by the circuit court for Waukesha county. No appeal was taken from this determination of the circuit court and, accordingly, only the felony convictions are before this court on appeal.
